Terms of Use

By purchasing any product from my store, you agree to abide by the terms of this License Agreement.

Breaking any of the terms outlined, or providing incorrect information during checkout questions, will result in the revocation of your right to use, access, or buy my products.

Avatar terms

Purchasing one of my avatars grants you a Personal Use License for that avatar.

Permitted

• You are permitted to use my avatars for social media, streaming, and content creation.
• You are permitted to edit my avatars freely with no restrictions.

Prohibited

• Sharing the files or access with anyone who does not already own the avatar is forbidden.
• When uploading my avatars to VRChat, you may only upload them as private; uploading them as public is forbidden.
• Reselling my avatars in any form or claiming them as your work is forbidden.
• Taking parts from my avatars for other projects is forbidden.

Asset terms

Purchasing one of my assets grants you a Commercial & Personal License for that asset.

You must credit me when using my assets with a link to my store.

Permitted

• You are permitted to use my assets for VRChat and VTubing. For adjacent VR platforms, please contact me for permission.
• You are permitted to use my assets on any kind of VRChat avatar, including paid, free, public, or Nitro avatars.
• An artist may use my assets for a commission without owning them themselves, provided the client owns the asset(s) and the artist deletes the files immediately after completion.

Prohibited

• Selling my assets in any way that is not part of a complete avatar, even if edited, is forbidden.
• Sharing the files with someone who does not already own the asset is forbidden(excluding temporarily sharing with an artist for a commission)
• Using my assets for any video-games/social platforms unmentioned without permission is prohibited.

General terms

• Products are provided "as-is". I am not responsible for any issues caused by future versions of VRChat, Unity, or the VRChat SDK.
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued at my discretion. Once the product has been downloaded, refunds are no longer available.
• It is strictly prohibited to feed/upload any of my work into any tools using AI / machine learning models for any reason.
• By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
