End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: 10/12/26

By purchasing or downloading any digital product from this store, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA).

Termination

Calbia may terminate this agreement immediately should you breach any material term.

Breaching any material term for one product may result in all product licenses being terminated.

Unauthorized distribution of another creator's licensed products may result in all product licenses from this store being terminated.

Upon termination, your right to access and use any products licensed under this agreement is revoked, and you must cease all use immediately and delete all copies.

Should your license be suspended or terminated, you will be notified via email. Suspended licenses have the opportunity to be resolved and lifted within 14 days. Unresolved suspensions will result in termination of your license.

Avatar Terms

Purchasing an avatar grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Use License for that avatar.

Permitted

Using the avatar for social media, live streaming, and general content creation.
Freely editing and modifying the avatar for personal use.

Prohibited

Sharing or redistributing the files to anyone who does not own a license for that avatar.
Uploading the avatar to VRChat or similar platforms as a public avatar. All uploads must be set to private.
Reselling the avatar in any way.
Claiming the avatar as your own work.
Separating parts from the avatar to use in other personal or commercial projects.

Asset Terms

Purchasing an asset grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Commercial & Personal Use License for that asset.

You must credit Calbia with a direct link to this store when using assets commercially.

Permitted

Using the asset in VRChat and any VTubing software. (For use on other software, contact Calbia for permission.)
Using the asset on paid, free, public, or Nitro avatars.
An artist may work with the asset for a client's commission without purchasing an additional license, provided the client has purchased the asset and the artist deletes all project files containing the asset after completion.

Prohibited

Selling the asset on its own even if modified.
Claiming the asset as your own work.
Sharing or redistributing the source files to anyone who does not own a license for that asset (excluding commission uses).
Using the asset on other software without explicit permission.

License Verification

Each purchase grants a license tied to the individual VRChat account provided during checkout.

The product may only be uploaded to the specified account unless you contact Calbia to confirm ownership of another account.

Providing usernames or user IDs that cannot be found on their respective platforms may result in immediate license suspension. (VRChat usernames containing special fonts or characters should be provided exactly as they appear.)

Providing intentionally false or fabricated usernames or user IDs during checkout will result in immediate termination of your license.

When gifting, the usernames or user IDs entered must be the gift receiver's.

If you do not have a Discord account, specify that you do not have one rather than leaving the field blank or fabricating one.

If you change your VRChat username in the future, your license remains valid as the user ID remains the same.

First and last name fields do not affect your license validity.

Miscellaneous

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded. Exceptions may be made at Calbia's discretion.

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". CALBIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES OR INCOMPATIBILITIES CAUSED BY FUTURE VERSIONS OF VRCHAT, UNITY, OR THE VRCHAT SDK.

You must not upload or feed any part of Calbia's products into any AI, machine learning, or generative tools for any reason.

You must not share server-exclusive coupon codes outside of Calbia's Discord server.

Calbia may block any person from purchasing from this store at any time, for any reason.

If any term of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full effect.

These terms are subject to change. Purchasing or continuing to use Calbia's products means you agree to the updated terms.
